Recipe: Peanut Butter Pie
Ingredients
2 Graham Cracker Pie Crusts
2 packages softened cream cheese
1 small jar (18 oz) creamy peanut butter
16oz container heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar (or 1 cup powdered sugar and 1/2 cup stevia)
2 Tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
Put heavy whipping cream in the mixer and whip until cream turns into whipped cream. Place whipped cream in a separate bowl.
Place cream cheese in mixer bowl and whip until smooth and creamy. Add 2 cups peanut butter (you may want to add more to taste or most of a small jar).
Add powdered sugar plus granulated sugar. You can also use use stevia or low sugar powdered sugar to lower the total sugar and carbs. Mix until smooth and creamy. Filling may become fluffy. Add vanilla extract.
Stir in the whipped cream and place in the 2 crusts. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 3 hours.
For a decadent treat, serve with chocolate syrup. Enjoy!
